Thursday 130-230 (Restortive/Sattva Bliss) Open to all levels

-This class rotates between highlighting 4 avenues of the body (front, side, back and strength). Each month its theme changes, postures are given with modifications to aid in injuries or how to go deeper in a safe manner.  Class ends with breathing and meditation.
